1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item is unworn and unused

• The item is in its original condition

• Original packaging and tags are included

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

• The item has been worn, washed, or damaged

• The return request is made outside the return period

2. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us by email with the following information:

• Order number

• Reason for return or exchange

• Photos of the item (if applicable)

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

3. Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please indicate this in your request. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If an exchange is not available, a refund will be issued.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
